退款政策

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on shop.initialfashion.com are eligible for return which must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
• The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
• The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and arrange return courier.
• initial Fashion will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
• initial Fashion reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

 

WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

• Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, cs.eshop@initialfashion.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
• Please noted that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
• Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 20 business days.
