A jumble of lively French cancan skirts, music and laughter blend into the dance in a joyous hubbub. On warm summer evenings, secrets are whispered in attentive ears. Smiles emerge everywhere as people are uplifted by the ball. Meanwhile, a giant, colorful pansy vigorously hugs the ankle while butterfies fitter by in multicolored costumes. And of course there’s no party without a harlequin as bright Blues, Oranges, Violets and Buttercup Yellows blend with Wave and Slate Blues … all colors that dance cheerfully together.
